How to register or request a certificate of registration on the Principality's Road Transport Register

Road haulage companies or companies that transport goods or persons, whose registered office is in the Principality, must be registered with the Road Transport Register.

Requests for registration of a road haulage or passenger transport business with the Road Transport Register must be sent to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office by post or email at the following address circulation@gouv.mc specifying the subject of the request and attaching:

• A copy of an entry in the Trade and Industry Directory dated of less than 3 months 
• A document showing that at least one of the company's directors, named on the entry in the Trade and Industry Directory, has professional capacity for the activity sought and a copy of their identity document

Once registered, you are entitled to obtain a certificate of registration on the Principality's Road Transport Register, which will be sent at the company’s registered office address.

Any modification relating to registration with the Trade and Industry Registry must be notified to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office as soon as possible by email to: circulation@gouv.mc

The certificate of registration on the Road Transport Register will be sent to the company’s registered office address.
