The fifth PropTech  Symposium was held on 10 March 2025, backed by the Prince's Government, in collaboration with the Monaco Economic Board (MEB), the ESCP Business School and various industry trade groups.

The event brought renowned experts from the real estate and technology sectors together to explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the real estate sector with Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, currently acting as Minister of State, among those present.

Under the theme "PropTech: Reinventing the Future of Real Estate", the symposium, organised by the Digital Economy Unit, part of the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition, offered a unique, in-depth look at transformative innovations, tackling strategic issues, new economic models and practical uses of AI in the real estate sector.

The symposium was rounded off with a networking session, which allowed participants to share their experiences and forge new working relationships.

With its cutting-edge programme featuring renowned experts and attracting 150 professionals from within the sector, the PropTech Symposium 2025 has cemented its place as the benchmark event for exploring shifts in the real estate market amid the rise of artificial intelligence.

The event provided an opportunity to present the annual Global PropTech Barometer. This report stems from research conducted by Professor Jaime Luque, lecturer and researcher at ESCP’s Madrid Campus, and Diego Bonaventura, Head of the Digital Economy Unit of the Prince’s Government.
